By accessing or using the Nourish website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of Nourish.
Nourish is a subscription based meal planning service that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized weekly meal plans based on your dietary preferences, restrictions, and goals. Our service includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and optional snack recommendations along with calorie information for each meal.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our service and create an account. By using our service you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. If you are under 18 you may not use our service under any circumstances. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be owned or operated by a person under the age of 18.
When you create an account with Nourish you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at businessnourishhealth@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We offer a 3 day free trial to new subscribers. A valid payment method is required to begin your free trial. You will not be charged until your trial period ends on day 4. Each person is entitled to one free trial only. Using multiple accounts, email addresses, or payment methods to obtain additional free trials is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
Nourish offers the following subscription plans:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee at the start of each billing period. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change with advance notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at businessnourishhealth@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error please contact us at businessnourishhealth@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case. We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion on a case by case basis.
The meal plans generated by Nourish are for general informational and planning purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, food allergy, or are pregnant or nursing. Nourish assumes no liability for any health related outcomes resulting from the use of our meal plans.
You agree to use Nourish only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service or systems, use our service to generate harmful or inappropriate content, resell or redistribute our generated meal plans for commercial purposes, use automated tools or bots to access our service, create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial system, or impersonate any person or entity while using our service.
All content on the Nourish website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the overall design is the property of Nourish and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The meal plans generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law Nourish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Our service is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error free, or completely secure. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the meal plans generated for your specific health needs.
Our service relies on third party providers including Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic for AI powered meal generation. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or service interruptions of these third party providers. Your use of these integrated services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Nourish regarding your use of our service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings whether written or oral.
