We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register an account, subscribe to our service, or contact us. This includes your full name, email address, password, and payment information. We also collect dietary preferences, food restrictions, allergies, and any additional notes you provide when generating meal plans. We do not store your full card number. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
Dietary restrictions and allergy information can be considered sensitive health-adjacent data. We collect and process this information solely on the basis of the explicit consent you give when you voluntarily provide it in order to generate a meal plan. Nourish is not a medical provider, and this information is used only to personalize your meal plans, not to diagnose, treat, or otherwise provide medical advice.
We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, process your subscription payments, generate personalized meal plans tailored to your preferences and dietary needs, send you account-related emails such as confirmations and trial expiry notices, respond to your questions and support requests, improve and optimize our service over time, and comply with all applicable legal obligations. Any dietary restriction or allergy information you provide is used only for meal plan personalization, on the basis of the consent you give when you submit it, and is never used for any other purpose.
We do not sell your personal information to any third parties, under any circumstances. We may share your information only with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and conducting our business. These include Supabase for account authentication and database hosting, Resend for sending transactional emails such as welcome messages and password resets, Netlify and Railway for website and application hosting, Stripe for secure payment processing, and Anthropic for AI-powered meal plan generation. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and may only use it for the specific services they provide to us.
All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a secure and PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date on our servers at any time. Stripe handles all payment data, in accordance with the highest industry security standards. For more information on how Stripe handles your data please visit stripe.com/privacy.
